If you sign up for an equipment rental subscription through this Site, your rental is governed by a separate Rental Agreement provided to you during the checkout process and emailed to you upon completion. The Rental Agreement — not these Website Terms — sets out the terms, conditions, payment obligations, and your rights in relation to the equipment.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
